  • 440grams Mexican-style salad kit
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams beef stir-fry strips
  • 1 avocado, destoned, cut into thin wedges

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat tortilla pockets according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare salad kit according to packet directions.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef, in batches, for 2 minutes or until browned and almost cooked through. Return beef and seasoning (from kit) to pan and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Fill pockets with beef, avocado, half the salad and a small dollop of salsa (from kit). Serve with remaining salad and remaining salsa.
