- 460grams tortillas
- 1 bunch coriander, sprigs picked
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno, drained, sliced
Description

Method
Step 1 of 3
Shred chicken, discarding skin and bones. Place coleslaw in a bowl, then drizzle with dressing and scatter over feta from the kit.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a barbecue plate or a large frying over medium heat. Cook tortillas for 30 seconds on each side or until just golden.
Step 3 of 3
Place coleslaw and chicken along centres of tortillas, top with coriander and jalapeno, fold to enclose filling, then serve.
