Description
Level-up your next steak dinner. Top juicy grilled porterhouse steaks with a melt-in-your-mouth garlic and herb butter. Serve with a crunchy snow pea salad.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Season with pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Brush steaks with oil and season. Grill steaks for 2 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, place salad leaves, radish, snow peas and dressing in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Divide steaks among plates and dollop with herb butter. Serve with salad and bread.
