Mango salsa
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 small red onion, chopped

  • 1teaspoons sesame oil
Radish salsa
  • 6 radishes, trimmed, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus, thinly sliced
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 porterhouse steaks

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Brush steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook, turning once only, for 4 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with salsas.

To make the radish salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 of 3

To make the mango salsa, mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
