  • 800grams Woolworths four seasons coleslaw
  • 1 roast chicken, bones and skin discarded, meat roughly shredded
  • 1/2 cup Chang's salad dressing oriental
  • 100grams Chang’s fried noodles
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked (to garnish)

Description

It doesn't get any easier than this 10-minute chicken salad recipe. There's no cooking required thanks to a store-bought roast chicken.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place coleslaw in a large bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Add chicken and half of the dressing to coleslaw, then toss to combine.

Step 3 of 4

Add three-quarters of the noodles to salad mixture and toss to combine. Transfer mixture to a platter.

Step 4 of 4

Scatter remaining noodles over salad, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with remaining dressing.
