  • 2 large bananas, coarsely chopped, frozen
  • 1teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 63grams raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pistachio kernels, toasted, chopped
  • 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked

Description

Kickstart the day with a refreshing Indian smoothie bowl bursting with tropical flavours. This easy breakfast option will be an instant hit with the whole family.

Granola is easily made from scratch using a few pantry staples, such as honey, oats, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon and pumpkin seeds

Method

Step 1 of 3

Coarsely chop 2 mangoes, then freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Thinly slice remaining mangoes and set aside.

Step 2 of 3

Process frozen mango, yoghurt, banana, cinnamon and 2 tbs honey until thick and smooth. Remove the pulp from passionfruit and reserve.

Step 3 of 3

Pour mango mixture into serving bowls. Fold slices of mangoes into rose shapes and place in bowls. Top bowls with granola, coconut, raspberries, passionfruit pulp, pistachio and mint. Serve drizzled with remaining honey.
