Method

Step 1 of 2

Place the salmon on a lightly oiled baking tin and season. Mix together the mustard, honey and dill and drizzle over the salmon.

Step 2 of 2

Place in a preheated oven, 220°C for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with some new potatoes and a cucumber salad.
