- 60grams olive oil spread
- 1 1/2tablespoons honey
- 1teaspoons ground cumin
- 100grams feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked

Method
Step 1 of 2
Peel carrots and slice into rounds. Place a steamer over a pan of simmering water. Add carrots to steamer and cook until just tender. (You can also use an electric steamer on high.) Remove from heat, discard water and dry pan.
Step 2 of 2
Place pan over medium heat and add spread, honey and cumin. Once spread has melted, add carrots and toss for 2 minutes until heated through and glossy. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with feta, almonds and parsley. Season. Serve.
