Method

Step 1 of 2

Drain off pan juices from roast pork and skim off excess oil.

Step 2 of 2

Mix flour with a little of the pan juices until smooth. Return to pan and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add chicken stock, stirring constantly until mixture comes to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes or until gravy thickens. Stir in apple sauce.
