  • 1/4 cup spicy tomato relish
  • 300grams shaved Bertocchi Australian Double Smoked Ham off the Bone
  • 100grams gruyere cheese, grated
  • 2tablespoons parsley (to serve)
  • 4 slices crusty bread (to serve)
  • 300grams green salad (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Cut a 23cm round from each pastry sheet. On one round, score lightly around the edge (without cutting through), leaving a 3cm border. Place over remaining pastry round and place onto baking tray.

Step 3 of 4

Spread relish on pastry within border. Top with one-third of the cheese, 200g ham and remaining cheese. Brush oil onto border and bake for 35 minutes or until pastry is golden and crisp.

Step 4 of 4

Sprinkle galette with parsley. Serve immediately with green salad topped with remaining ham and crusty bread on the side.
