- 4tablespoons harissa paste
- 3tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoons butternut squash
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, slashed
Description
This chicken and squash bake is spicy and satisfying and takes just 4 ingredients to make.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Whisk the harissa and olive oil together in a bowl. Place the squash in a roasting tin, pour over half of the the oil and harissa mix and toss well to coat. Roast for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Coat the chicken breasts with the remaining harissa mix and add to the roasting tin. Roast for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the squash is tender.
