  • 2teaspoons thyme, dried
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup

Description

This lemon and thyme baked chicken is packed with flavour and takes no effort at all to make.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the grill on the highest setting. Grill the chicken breasts skin side down for 5 minutes in a foil lined roasting tin. Turn the chicken over and top each with a slice of lemon.

Step 2 of 2

Sprinkle with thyme, drizzle with maple syrup and squeeze over the lemon juice. Add a dash of water to the roasting tin and place under the grill for 10 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
