  • 60grams potato chips, 1 bag chips, plain salted

  • 1teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2teaspoons onion powder
  • 600grams chicken, breast, skinless, cut into fingers
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 1 cooking spray

Description

An easy, crispy fried treat that the kids would surely enjoy.
Instruction tip

You may also cook it in the oven, on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 200°C for about 15-20 mins until golden and crisp.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat Air fryer to 200°C.

Step 2 of 4

Place the potato chips, paprika powder, garlic powder and onion powder in a large resealable bag. Bash it with a rolling pin until it turns into fine crumbs. Add the potato chip crumb mixture into a shallow dish.

Step 3 of 4

Dip each chicken finger into the beaten egg, then into the crumb mixture. Arrange the chicken fingers inside the fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the chicken fingers lightly with cooking spray.

Cook for 8-10 mins, carefully turning over half way through.
