- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 30grams fresh cilantro, chopped

A healthy flavourful yet easy chicken dinner all in one tray.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat the air fryer to 230°C..
Step 2 of 3
Marinate the chicken breasts using half of the peri peri seasoning and olive oil. Place the onions, sweet potatoes, corn on the cob in a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with the rest of the peri peri seasoning and olive oil. Mix the vegetables until evenly coated and bake n the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and rearrange the veg slightly to make four spaces for your chicken breasts. Add the chicken breasts to the sheet pan. Place back in the oven for 16-18 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh cilantro.
