  • 1tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 400grams mini-chicken fillets
  • 1teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1tablespoons paprika
  • 175grams slice tri colour capsicum
  • 1tablespoons tomato purée
  • 2/3 cup soured cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in large frying pan, add the chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 5 minutes. Add the garlic paste, paprika, capsicums and tomato purée and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Stir in the soured cream, season with salt and pepper and heat through. Serve with tagliatelle.
