- 4 garlic and coriander naan bread
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 400grams chicken breasts (sliced)
- 4tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 1 medium red onion (peeled and sliced)
- 2 medium capsicums (red and green, sliced)
- 100grams spinach
- 4tablespoons mango chutney
- 150grams paneer (sliced into cubes)
- 1/2 bunch coriander (fresh, chopped)
Description
Naan bread makes a quick and easy base for these tasty chicken tikka pizzas.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
Step 2 of 4
Toss the chicken and tikka masala paste together in a bowl to coat. Add the oil to a large pan on medium heat and cook the chicken for 3 minutes, add the onion and capsicums and cook for 5 minutes. Add the spinach a handful at a time and cook until wilted.

Spread a tablespoon of mango chutney on each naan bread, top with the chicken and vegetable mix and dot with paneer cubes.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and serve with chopped coriander on top.
