  • 200grams feta, crumbled
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, finely diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup continental parsley leaves
  • 2 plain pizza bases
  • 1tablespoons moroccan seasoning
  • 200grams moroccan pumpkin dip
  • 500grams lamb mince
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease 2 large baking or pizza trays. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and capsicum and cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Add seasoning and cook for 1 minute or until aromatic. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 8 minutes or until mince is browned. Cool.

Place pizza bases on prepared trays and spread with pumpkin dip. Top with mince mixture and feta. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bases are cooked through. Garnish with parsley to serve.
