Description

A creamy and crunchy chicken dinner that is definitely not your usual casserole.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, salt and chicken breast in a baking dish. Season with salt to taste; stir. Cover tightly with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Uncover the baking dish and stir. Top it with mozzarella, parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 10-15 more minutes or until cheese is melted, top is golden brown, pasta is tender, and chicken is cooked through.

Allow 5-10 minutes resting time before serving.
