- 8 baby potatoes
- 60grams baby rocket
- 2 red apples, sliced
- 2 green apples, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 6 slices D’Orsogna Premium Jarrah Honey Ham Off The Bone, torn
- 1/2 cup walnut crumbs
- 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
Description
Create the ultimate flavour fusion by adding D'Orsogna Australian Jarrah Honey Ham Off The Bone to a creamy waldorf salad.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Allow to cool. Cut into quarters.
Step 2 of 3
Arrange the rocket, apples, celery, ham and potatoes on a large serving platter.
Step 3 of 3
Sprinkle with walnut crumbs. Drizzle with dressing. Serve sprinkled with chives.
