- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup coarsely grated cheddar
- 150grams ham, chopped (chopped)
- 3 fresh pizza dough balls

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 x 6-hole Texas muffin trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Layer dough balls together. Roll on a floured surface into a 50 x 30cm rectangle. Leaving a 2cm border, spread dough with sauce and scatter over ham and cheese. Starting at one long side, roll dough tightly and trim edges. Cut roll into 12 slices and place, cut-sides up, into pan holes.

Stand dough in a warm place for 45 minutes or until puffed. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Stand scrolls in pans for 5 minutes before removing with baking paper onto a wire rack to cool.
