  • 1/2 red capsicum, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced

  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place pitted and peeled Hass Avocados into a bowl. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocados until you have a smooth and chunky texture.

Step 2 of 4

Add diced capsicum, red onion, coriander. Stir to combine.

Step 3 of 4

Season with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with your favourite Tostitos Tortilla Chips flavour.
