  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced
  • 1teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200grams greek yoghurt
  • 1teaspoons olive oil
  • 1tablespoons dill, finely chopped
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description

This classic Greek condiment is refreshing to the palate. Pairs perfectly with Pita or crudites as a snack or appetiser

Method

Step 1 of 2

Prepare the cucumber by peel, slicing and then grating. Drain all the excess liquid from the cucumber by using kitchen roll or a muslin cloth.

Step 2 of 2

Now combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix fully before serving. Serve with a selection of condiments.
