Description

Step 1 of 2
Prepare the cucumber by peel, slicing and then grating. Drain all the excess liquid from the cucumber by using kitchen roll or a muslin cloth.

Now combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix fully before serving. Serve with a selection of condiments.
