- tabasco sauce
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 limes
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1 of 2
Peel and deseed 3 avocados. Dice flesh and place in a bowl. Add juice of 2 limes, 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, 1 small red onion and chopped coriander. Add a few drops of hot sauce and stir to combine.
Step 2 of 2
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve salsa with crab legs or fish bites.
