- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 large avocados, halved, deseeded
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 3 sprigs coriander (to garnish)
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, deseeded, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 200grams plain corn chips (to serve)
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
Description
Guacamole has to be among the tastiest condiments. Whip this up in a flash, combining avocado, coriander and sour cream with chipotle peppers for a smoky hit.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Scoop flesh from avocado into a bowl. Roughly mash. Add lemon juice, sour cream, tomato, onion, chipotle pepper and chopped coriander. Stir to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with corn chips and garnish platter with coriander sprigs.
