- 3 medium avocado, stone removed and peeled
- 1tablespoons coriander
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1tablespoons olive oil

- 1 small green chilli, chopped

A easy to make guacamole recipe brings the heat. Although just how intense the heat will depend on your choice of chilli.

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blender for about 30 seconds to keep some chunkiness to the consistency. Serve with your choice of condiments.
