  • 1tablespoons jalapeno chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 cup small red onion
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 50grams corn chips (to serve)
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Description

When making guacomole a few hours ahead of serving, place an avocado stone in the centre of the guacomole. This will help prevent the avocado from browning.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone. Scoop out flesh using a spoon and place in a bowl. Roughly mash with a fork. Mix in tomato, onion, chilli, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt.

Step 2 of 2

Serve with corn chips.
