- 1 Woolworths Bakery half baguette, very thinly sliced
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime, zest finely grated, then juiced
- 10grams Woolworths chives, snipped
- 1teaspoons siracha
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 2tablespoons coriander, chopped
- 1tablespoons pistachio, chopped

Description
This dip uses nuts, giving the guacamole a great texture. You can replace pistachios with toasted macadamias or pine nuts if you prefer.
