- 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 1 1/2teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup Woolworths lite milk
- 2 free range eggs, lightly beaten
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 10 raspberries
- 10 blueberries
- 1/2 small yellow peach, sliced
- 1/2teaspoons cacao nibs
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Description
Arrange raspberries, blueberries, peach slices and cacao nibs on top to wow kids with a scrumptious fruit pancake traybake. Plus, it's nutritionally approved!
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease a 16x26cm (3cm deep) slice pan. Line base and sides of pan with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above pan.
Step 2 of 3
Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Make a well in centre. Add milk and eggs, then stir gently until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange raspberries, blueberries, peach slices and cacao nibs on top of mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked through. Stand for 2 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces. Serve.
