Try this speedy hash brown recipe for the kids - it's full of flavour, big on crunch and perfect as a lunch box snack.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Add slaw, egg and cheese to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Preheat 4-hole pie maker. Spoon mixture into pie holes, filling to the top with mixture, and patting down with back of spoon to compact.
Step 3 of 3
Close pie maker and cook for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges. Repeat using remaining mixture. Serve.
