Description
Let your pie-maker do the heavy lifting for this easy Chinese-inspired, kid-friendly recipe. Fill wonton wrappers with a tasty pork mince mixture and cook until golden brown.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Spray pork with oil. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Add coleslaw, onion and garlic to pan and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until just tender. Return pork to pan and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until well combined and coleslaw softened slightly. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, preheat a 4-hole (1/3-cup capacity) pie-maker until the indicator light illuminates green.

To make 4 dim sims, place a wonton wrapper in each preheated hole. Fill with mince mixture, then a slightly scrunched wonton wrapper. Spray tops with oil. Sprinkle with some of the sesame seeds. Close the pie-maker. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Using a non-stick spatula, transfer wontons to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers, mince mixture and sesame seeds to make 12 dim sims in total.
