Description
Add eggs, spinach and tasty cheese to a baking dish for a speedy frittata that will keep little ones happy before dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Spray a large 17cm x 24cm (4cm deep) baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2 of 3
Scatter spinach over base of greased dish. Bake for 5 minutes or until wilted.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk eggs until combined. Pour egg over spinach. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minute or until golden and cooked through. Slice to serve.
