- 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 brown onion, coarsely grated
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1teaspoons mustard powder
- 2teaspoons dried chives
- 2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks
- 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks

Description
Give these Smoky chicken meatballs a go – they are a cinch to make, the fam will love them, and they'll be on the table in 30 minutes flat.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place mince, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, onion and 2 garlic cloves in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
Step 2 of 4
Roll level tablespoonfuls chicken mixture into balls. Place on tray. Spray lightly with oil.
Step 3 of 4
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Combine yoghurt, remaining garlic, mustard powder and chives in a small bowl. Serve meatballs with cucumber, celery and yoghurt sauce.
