  • 125grams raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat natural yoghurt
  • 1/2teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths summer fruits muesli
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes

Description

Frozen yoghurt pieces topped with mashed raspberries, muesli and coconut flakes makes a perfect after-school sweet treat. Plus, they're a nutritionally approved treat that the kids will love.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Line a 30 x 20cm baking tray with baking paper, allowing paper to overhang for handles. Using a fork, mash raspberries in a bowl until almost pureed.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup in a large bowl until combined.

Step 3 of 4

Spread yoghurt mixture over prepared tray. Smooth surface.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle with puree. Top with muesli and coconut flakes. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces and serve.
