Description

Whip up simple organic wholegrain oat pancakes for breakfast to satisfy hungry little tummies. Suitable for children from 12 months of age.
Instruction tip
Cooking tip:
Add a small amount of grated zucchini or grated carrot to the batter for a tasty veggie pancake.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Whisk pancake mix, oil and milk in a bowl for 30 seconds until thickened. (Add slightly more milk if batter is too thick.) Rest batter for 60-90 seconds until mixture is fully incorporated and smooth before cooking.

Step 2 of 3

Pour mixture into a preheated non-stick pan on medium heat and cook for approximately 60-90 seconds until bubbles form on top or until pancake turns golden-brown. Flip and cook for a further 60-90 seconds until evenly browned.

Step 3 of 3

Serve pancake topped with yoghurt and strawberries.
