- 250grams raspberries
- 2 cups Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1tablespoons honey
- 8 cardboard cups
- 8 popsicle sticks
Description
These kid-friendly frozen treats with free raspberries, creamy Greek-style natural yoghurt and honey make a refreshing summer snack.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place raspberries and 2 tbs water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes, squashing raspberries with a fork, or until jammy. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 2 of 3
In a small bowl, add yoghurt and honey and stir to combine. Add raspberries and gently fold to swirl through.
Step 3 of 3
Divide amongst 8 cardboard cups. Tap cups on bench to remove air bubbles and distribute mixture. Insert a small popsicle stick into each cup. Freeze for 4 hours or until set. Serve.
