Description
A smidge of maple syrup helps bring out the natural sweetness of strawberries hollowed out and filled with a creamy, nutty paste and sprinkled with pistachios.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Hull strawberries, then trim bases slightly so berries sit flat.
Step 2 of 3
Using a wooden spoon, beat cottage cheese, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth. Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 5mm plain nozzle.
Step 3 of 3
Pipe mixture into strawberries, then sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
