  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped, toasted
  • 1/4 cup small mint leaves

Looking for a healthier summertime snack? Try this grilled mango recipe on the barbecue that's topped with a zesty lime yoghurt and macadamia nuts.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Score mango flesh in a criss-cross pattern. Spray lightly with oil.

Step 2 of 4

Place mango, cut-side down, on grill and cook for 3 minutes or until caramelised.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and lime zest in a small bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Place mango on serving plates and drizzle with juice. Top with nuts and mint. Serve with yoghurt.
