Description

Make the most of seasonal mangoes with these dehydrated mango chips. Season them with cayenne pepper or dip them in chocolate for a moreish afternoon snack.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 90°C/70°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 2

Arrange mango, in a single layer, on trays. Bake for 6 hours or until dry and crisp. See tips.

Serve Suggestion:

Mango lamington chips: Dip one end of the dehydrated mango in 200g melted dark chocolate and 1/2 cup shredded coconut. Set aside for 5 minutes. Serve.
