Description
Unwind with a steaming cup of chamomile tea infused with blueberries, lemon and mint. Follow this easy recipe for a relaxing blend ready in 10 minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Place half of the blueberries in a heatproof jug. Using a fork, lightly crush. Add tea bags and cover with 2 cups boiling water. Stand, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, allowing tea to steep and water to turn pale pink. Strain, discarding tea bags and solids. Divide tea and remaining blueberries between 2 heatproof glasses. Serve topped with lemon slices and mint.
