- 1 orange rind and juiced, pith removed
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 chamomile teabags
Method
Step 1 of 3
Roll pomegranate on work surface, pressing down firmly to release juice. Make a small cut in the centre of the pomegranate and pour juices into a jug, then fully cut in half. Scoop out the seeds into a bowl and, using the end of a rolling pin or a pestle, crush seeds to release juices. Strain through a sieve into the jug of juice.
Step 2 of 3
Place teabags and orange rind in a heatproof jug and pour over 3 cups boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes to allow flavours to infuse. Discard orange rind and teabags.
Step 3 of 3
Add pomegranate and orange juice. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
