Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2 of 4

Hull strawberries and halve (if strawberries are large, quarter).

Step 3 of 4

Place into an ovenproof baking dish Add balsamic vinegar and caster sugar. Toss well to coat. Spread out in a single layer. Roast for 10 minutes or until just softened. Set aside to cool.

Step 4 of 4

Cover and refrigerate until required.
