Description

Make the perfect summer sauce with this chilli and mango salsa recipe. Pair it with fish, chicken or salads for a juicy flavour hit. It's a great Christmas gift too.

Method

Step 1 of 1

Place mango, capsicum, chillies, garlic, white wine vinegar, caster sugar and cayenne pepper in a saucepan over high heat. Cook for 20 minutes or until thickened slightly. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a sterilised glass jar or an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
