  • 40grams pistachio nuts, shelled and finely chopped

Description

This colourful fruit and nut frozen yoghurt bark is a handy treat to have stashed in the freezer.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2 of 4

Mix the vanilla and honey into the yoghurt, add half the strawberries and mix well.

Step 3 of 4

Spread the yoghurt in a thin, even layer on the baking tray and top with the remaining strawberries and chopped pistachios.

Step 4 of 4

Freeze for four hours until solid, break into shards and serve.
