- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2tablespoons honey
- 2 1/2tablespoons Macro Organic smooth peanut butter, save 1/2 tbs to serve
- 2tablespoons Macro Organic cacao nibs
- 125grams strawberries, halved, to serve

Description
Whip up a delicious and naturally protein-rich peanut-butter ice-cream with just six ingredients!
Method
Step 1 of 2
Use a stick blender to puree cottage cheese in the tub. Add vanilla and honey and stir until combined. Add peanut butter and swirl through. Replace lid on cottage cheese.
Step 2 of 2
Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm but scoopable. If the mixture is too firm, allow to soften at room temperature until scoopable. Scoop into bowls and serve drizzled with extra peanut butter, strawberries and sprinkled with nibs.
