Air-fryer Peaches with Vanilla-bean Ricotta

- 4 yellow peaches, halved, destoned
- 1tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 cup light smooth ricotta
- 1/2teaspoons vanilla-bean paste
Description
Juicy grilled peaches dolloped in light ricotta and sprinkled with cinnamon makes a perfect healthier summer snack or dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place peaches in an air-fryer basket and brush with half of the maple syrup. Set temperature to 180°C and cook for 10 minutes or until peaches have softened. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon. Cook for a further 1 minute or until golden and caramelised.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, combine ricotta and vanilla in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Remove peaches from air fryer and drizzle with remaining maple syrup. Serve dolloped with ricotta mixture and sprinkled with remaining cinnamon.
