Description
These healthier apricot filo roses are almost too beautiful to eat. Whip up this easy treat in an air fryer to impress.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat a 4L air-fryer to 200°C. Line basket with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Stack pastry sheets, spraying with oil in between each sheet. Cut pastry stack into 4 strips lengthways.
Step 3 of 4
Arrange apricot slices, overlapping along the top long edge of pastry strips, so they’re slightly overhanging. (Apricot will slide out slightly when you roll the pastry.) Sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold pastry in half widthways to cover bottoms of apricot. Roll pastry to form a scroll. Place half of the apricot roses in the air-fryer basket.
Step 4 of 4
Cook for 10 minutes or until pastry is golden. Remove from basket. Repeat with remaining roses. Drizzle apricot roses with syrup to serve.
