Description
Pork fillets get covered in five-spice powder, garlic and sesame oil before being grilled to perfection. Serve with sweet nectarines and chilli dressing for a flavour burst.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, juice one of the limes. Add zest to the bowl. Reserve. Cut remaining lime into wedges. Sprinkle pork with five-spice powder. Whisk garlic and 1 tbs sesame oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over pork. Add pork to grill and cook for 5 minutes each side or until cooked, adding asparagus to the grill during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Remove from heat. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes. Slice pork.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and remaining sesame oil to reserved zest and lime juice. Whisk to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange spinach, asparagus, snow peas, nectarines and pork on a large serving platter. Drizzle with chilli dressing. Sprinkle with onion and shallots. Serve with lime wedges.
