  • 1 head oakleaf lettuce, leaves separated
  • 60grams baby spinach leaves
  • 2 large red plums, pitted, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted, roughly chopped
  • 75grams pomegranate arils,
  • 175grams marinated Persian feta
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 1teaspoons Moroccan seasoning
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked

Description

For a super simple and exceptionally tasty stone-fruit salad, this Moroccan-inspired green salad with pitted plums, fresh pomegranate and Persian feta is a surefire hit.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Arrange lettuce, spinach, plum, pecans and pomegranate on a large platter. Crumble feta over the top.

Step 2 of 2

Whisk oil, vinegar, honey and seasoning in a jug. Garnish salad with parsley. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
