  • 425grams Birds Eye Oven Bake Wild Caught Fish Fillets
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 crusty bread rolls, cut in half
  • 4 slices canned pineapple
  • 1/4 cup tartare sauce
  • 30grams baby rocket leaves
  • 4 slices canned beetroot
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into ribbons
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into ribbons

Description

These tasty burgers topped with crunchy Birds Eye fish fillets, salad and tartare sauce make an easy weeknight meal.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook 4 fish fillets following packet directions. Meanwhile, spray cut-side of bread.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a grill plate over high heat and add roll halves and pineapple slices, flipping pineapple halfway. Grill until bread is crisp and pineapple is lightly charred on both sides.

Step 3 of 3

Spread a little tartare sauce on the bottom of each roll half. Top with rocket, beetroot, pineapple, fish, remaining tartare sauce, carrot and cucumber. Season well. Place roll lids on top. Serve immediately.
