  • 4tablespoons icing sugar
  • 200grams flan sponge
  • 4 medium meringue nests, store bought or see our recipe for meringue
  • 200grams strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 80grams white chocolate, grated into shards

Description

A light sponge with crunchy, creamy and sweet toppings.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Whip the cream with the icing sugar until it becomes fluffy.

Step 2 of 5

Cover the flan sponge with the sweet whipped cream.

Step 3 of 5

Crush your meringues and spread evenly over the cream.

Step 4 of 5

Evenly spread the hulled and quartered strawberries over the cream and meringue.

Step 5 of 5

Spread the shards of white chocolate over the top of everything before serving.
